得閒無事,上了Huggies的官網,反映一下Gentle Care漏到七彩的經歷。

第二日已經得到回覆:
Thanks for your e-mail about HUGGIES® Preemies GENTLE CARE diapers.  We are sorry that you were disappointed and appreciate the time you took to let us know.

Because your experience is not typical, it would be helpful for us to obtain samples of the product that disappointed you.  If you have any product remaining, please put aside 1-2 unused diapers for us.  We are sending you a prepaid mailing label through the mail for your convenience in returning the product to us.

We hope that you will continue to use HUGGIES® diapers and are sending you some coupons for replacement through the mail.  Thanks again for contacting us and for giving us an opportunity to make amends.  We value you as a customer.
